  • Company or organization name.
  • Project details and communication preferences.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website or use our products, we may collect certain information automatically, including:

  • IP address.
  • Browser type and device information.
  • Pages visited.
  • Time spent on pages.
  • Referring page or source.
  • Basic usage and analytics data.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide our services.
  • Deliver, operate, and improve our website and products.
  • Send relevant updates or communications when permitted.
  • Analyze usage and performance.
  • Comply with legal and contractual obligations.

We process personal data only when we have a valid reason to do so, such as:

  • Fulfilling a request or service.
  • Operating our business and improving our products.
  • Meeting legal obligations.
  • Protecting our systems, users, and business interests.

Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

These measures may include:

  • Access controls.
  • Encryption where appropriate.
  • Secure hosting and system configuration.
  • Limited staff access to sensitive information.
  • Monitoring for misuse or abuse.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, such as hosting, analytics, communication, or support services. These providers are expected to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Product-Specific Data

Some of our products collect extra information they need to do their job.

Our transport and trip-documentation features (SafeTrip and Kashaf) store passenger and driver details that the organization operating the service enters — full name, nationality, and government identification numbers such as passport or Iqama numbers — along with trip details such as route, date, and flight number.

The organization operating the service decides what to collect and is the data controller for these records. We use the information only to produce the transport records and reports that organization needs, and we keep it for as long as that organization’s account is active or the law requires. If you are a passenger or driver and want to access or delete your records, contact the organization that arranged your transport; we will help route the request.

SafeTrip is a private business tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Transport General Authority (TGA), the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services, or any government entity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. SafeTrip does not issue or register any government permit, and it does not transmit trip, passenger, or driver records to any government system. The Kashaf document it produces is prepared by the operating organization for its own records and for presentation at checkpoints. See the SafeTrip disclaimer and official sources.

Push Notifications

On mobile, we register a device notification token with Google Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can deliver alerts you have opted into. The token identifies the app installation on your device, not you personally, and we remove it when you log out or uninstall the app.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide our services.
  • Meet legal, accounting, or contractual requirements.
  • Resolve disputes.
  • Enforce our agreements.

Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, please contact us.

Cookies And Analytics

We may use cookies or similar technologies to improve site performance, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use our website.

You can adjust browser settings to control cookies, but some parts of the site may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

Our website or products may include links to third-party services or integrations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, so we encourage you to review their policies separately.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent where required by law.
