Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own the intellectual property rights to the custom software we build for you. Null2Infinity retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and tools used in the development process.
To the extent permitted by law, Null2Infinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
