Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own the intellectual property rights to the custom software we build for you as a work made for your business.
Null2Infinity retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, tools, libraries, and reusable components used in the development process, including any pre-existing or commonly used code.
All content, branding, logos, and materials on the Null2Infinity Site are owned by or licensed to Null2Infinity and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in that policy.
Where applicable, fees, payment terms, and billing details will be set out in a separate agreement, proposal, or invoice. You agree to pay all applicable fees as agreed for the services or products you receive.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Null2Infinity makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Null2Infinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
In no event shall Null2Infinity’s total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have paid to Null2Infinity in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid any amount.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Null2Infinity, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, as permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any separate agreements you have with Null2Infinity, constitute the entire agreement between you and Null2Infinity regarding the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
